Diva of the Year
- Winner determined in battle royal on Raw.
Layla should win this, she has had the best year. She won the Womans Title in May, then had a title from then till November. The reason i pick her over Michelle is Layla has worked house show events and has done promotional events, Michelle doesn't even attend most house shows. However since this is an actual match and not decided by the WWE voting panel (sort of) Natayla will probably win and she will eliminate Melina late in the match this will turn her heel.
"Oh Snap" Meltdown of the Year
- Big Show destroys Jack Swagger’s trophies.
- Edge destroys the Raw GM’s computer.
- Alberto Del Rio injures Rey Mysterio’s arm with steel chair.
- Batista quits WWE.
This is a bad category. I think Edge destroying the laptop was good as it did seem more like an angry meltdown, they won't give it to Batista since he won't be there, the trophies wasn't rememberable, Del Rio wasn't angry he was just taking advantage of a beaten up Mysterio. I'l go for Edge destoying the laptop as the fans loved that.
Guest Star Shining Moment of the Year
- Mike Tyson punches out Chris Jericho.
- Pee Wee Herman vs. The Miz.
- Florence Henderson kisses Great Khali- William Shatner sings WWE ring entrances.
No one likes this award as no one liked the guest host concept. Most of these moments happened 6 months or over ago. Shatner singing the songs will win. Tyson punching Jericho could win, as that was a headline grabbing moment.
Despicable Me Award
- C.M. Punk sings "Happy Birthday" to Rey Mysterio's daughter.
- Sheamus attacks Triple H with lead pipe while The Game talks about Shawn Michaels.
- Nexus attacks Ricky Steamboat and WWE Legends.
- Kane buries The Undertaker alive.
CM Punks moment was very minor and over rated, i read a report soon after that they had planned for Punk to shave the daughters hair or attack the son or keep them hostage or something, so this was minor compared to those plans. Sheamus attacking HHH was despicable as it was HHH last night with HBK and he ruined it so this has a chance, i won't be angry if this wins. Nexus attacking the Legends was very hard to watch and made me sick, so this should win, i remember being on the WWE Chat on the WWE Universe (under a different username) that night and there was so many hate messages fans were saying they were going to stop watching Raw and i don't know why these messages got posted by WWE. Kane buring Taker was expected since it was a buried alive match so i don't know why this would win.
Holy **** Move of the Year
- Kofi Kingston hits Drew McIntyre with leg drop off ladder through announce table.
- John Cena sends Batista onto a car and through the stage with two Attitude Adjustments.
- Randy Orton delivers RKO to a flying Evan Bourne.
- John Morrison dives off set onto Daniel Bryan and The Miz.
Kofi diving on Drew was a good moment, but ive seen better moments this year that haven't even been nominated. Nexus destroying Bret or Nexus destroying Raw should be nominated. Why is Morrisons moment here, it took me a minute to remember that moment. Ortons RKO on Bourne was impressive though Orton didn't even jump but it would have been very hard to. Cena's AA to Batista was the "Holy ****" Moment should win the Slammy.
Knucklehead Moment of the Year
- Big Show unmasks a bald C.M. Punk.
- Santino Marella gets out-danced by Vladimir Kozlov
- Beth Phoenix eliminates Great Khali from the Royal Rumble.
- Lay-Cool beaten by Mae Young
WWE trying to advertise Big Shows movie even more. Since Big Show is the reason for the award he will win, CM Punk will be seen on commentary during this moment so it should be interesting. Khali being eliminated was a moment i liked too.
Shocker of the Year
- The Miz cashes in Money in the Bank, becomes WWE champion.
- John Cena loses and is forced to join Nexus.
- Nexus takes out McMahon.
- Paul Bearer turns on The Undertaker.
Miz cashing in was predictable as most people expected it at SS since it didn't and Orton had been attacked by 7 men, it made since. Cena losing was also predictable as most people didn't expect Nexus to end. Nexus attacking Vince was shocking though it was teased. I wanted that to happen when it did as i remember reading lots of buzz on the internet of people saying who they thought the leader of Nexus was when Vince revealed himself as the leader it killed the storyline for 5 minutes, it was brought back to life when they attacked him. The fact Vince was a strong heel at the time also made this shocking. I was shocked that Bearer turned on Taker as i expected Taker to win the match since it was the last match of the PPV and there are not a lot of times in which a heel ends a PPV. Cena getting fired would have been a better shocking moment, Swagger cashing in was more shocking than The Miz. Notice that two of these nominees are from Hell in a Cell.
WWE Moment of the Year
- Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels shake hands.
- Nexus debuts and attacks John Cena.
- The Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels in Michaels’s final match.
- Kane wins Money in Bank, cashes in on same night.
This is without a doubt the hardest one for me as i loved these moments. I couldn't even rank them. Bret and Michaels part was a history making event though if i was to rank them i would put this 4th, as people expected more from it, though it was good to see. Nexus attack on their first Raw was great, it was such a shocking moment and they did such a good job since they destroyed everyone and everything, what made this moment so good was that it was a sign that WWE could be escaping the PG era, i think WWE knows this. Fantastic match between Michaels and Taker and I believe that this moment will win as HBKs farewell was so emotional, much more emotional than Ric Flairs who went on to perform after retiring i have no respect for him after that, i believe HBK will not perform again and i respect him for this, he was a great performer. Personally if i could give out the award i would give it to Kane i have been his #1 fan since he debuted and this was such a good moment for me to finally see Kane get what he deserved and thats why i have loved his title reign, i never expected him to be this success or even hold the title ever again, the MITB match was great and i was shocked to see him win, when Kane got rid of Swagger at MITB. I was on the edge of my seat as i was waiting for him to come back down. Such a good moment. Brilliant Nominee's but like i said Taker vs Michaels should win.
Superstar of the Year
- RAW: WWE champion The Miz, John Cena, Randy Orton.
- SmackDown brand: World Hvt. champion Kane, Edge, Rey Mysterio.
Knowing the WWE Universe and the way they vote on polls bloody John Cena will win, Cena does not deserve to win, i hated how he won last year as he didn't even care. Rey Mysterio should not be Superstar of the year, he should be a nominee but he shouldn't win. Edge only won the Royal Rumble and won the BR trophy for Smackdown, if he wasn't in this fued with Kane he would not be nominated. The Miz was a high mid carder for most of the year, he has done a hell of a lot of work for WWE this year but the viewers don't know this so i don't think he will win. Its between Kane and Orton for me. Kane has been a World Champion longer than anyone this year, he has overcome The Undertaker by beating him three times on PPV for the WHC and even buried him alive, i want Kane to win i have voted for him 30 times today and plan to vote even more. If the WWE takes effort into consideration when voting Randy Orton will win, he has had a great year, from overcoming Legacy to becoming WWE Champion, for me the way he lost the WWE title was great and showed how good of a wrestler he is. He has hardly lost this year so he should be Superstar of the Year.

Well 2010 has been a great year for WWE and before the year comes to a close i will give a month by month review of 2010 in WWE, before Raw tomorrow night (which is 3 hours) I will post a few WDS Slammy Awards these will be the Categories WWE has decided not to use for tomorrow nights show.
